Can Kids Email be used in the classroom?
Why, yes it can!
We actually have several schools in the USA and UK that are currently using Kids Email to keep their students connected safely in the classroom.
How does it work?
Teachers can add their class into the system and act as the “parent” by monitoring the messages that are coming in/out of their classroom. Right now our current accounts only allow 6 children to be added to an account, but with our “Educational” account we can adjust the settings to allow you to add your entire class!
How much does it cost?
We do offer a discount for Educators, although our price is not published if this is something you are interested in for your school, please e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know how many students you’d need accounts for and we’d be happy to send you pricing details.
It is easy to set-up?
Yes! Adding to students and creating accounts is really simple. In fact, if you have a super large class, we can do all the work for you. Just simply send us a spreadsheet of your students and we will set the accounts up for you.
Do you have an app?
We do! A lot of teachers love downloading our app to use on their classroom tablets. The set-up and interface is very easy for the class to use. It would look similar to this below, or you could add actual pictures for each child.
